ENROLLMENT
PROCESS

At YCBEL, we strive to make the enrollment process as hassle-free as possible. Whether you are a recent high school graduate, transfer student, or adult learner, we have an admissions process that is tailored to your unique situation.

1. Inquiry and Information Gathering:

Prospective students research the programs offered and contact the admissions office for more information.

2. Submit Application:

Complete and submit the application form, along with any required documents (transcripts, essays, etc.). 

​

3. Admission Decision:

Within 4-6 weeks of application submission, the admissions office will review your application and notify you of our admission decision.

 

4. Accept Offer:

Admitted students confirm their intent to enroll by submitting a non-refundable deposit, which is applied towards tuition.


5. Scholarships:

YCBEL does offer scholarships. You can apply during the application process.

6Registration:
YCBEL  provides open registration all year around with rolling admission. 


7. Orientation:
Prior to the start of your classes, be sure to participate in our orientation session online.


8. Start Classes:
With all previous steps completed, students are now ready to begin their academic journey here at Ya'al College of Biblical Economy & Leadership.


9. Continuous Enrollment:
As a student at YCBEL, you may continue to register for new courses on a rolling basis, allowing you to progress through your program(s) according to your own schedule.
